Luis Manuel "Luisma" Plumacher Rubio (Maracaibo, Venezuela March 17, 1983) is a Venezuelan karateka and the first Venezuelan World Karate Federation (WKF) world champion. Plumacher was part of the Venezuelan National karate team for 10 years, from 2000 to 2010.
